Patient: An 83-year-old Caucasian male presented for treatment of diffuse actinic keratoses of the scalp. His history indicated excessive sun exposure and multiple non-melanoma skin cancers, including 2 prior squamous cell carcinomas on the scalp.
Treatment Issues: Using a trichloracetic acid chemical peel and fractional ablative resurfacing prior to photodynamic therapy.
